The KidzLabs Tornado Maker kit, which transforms a water bottle into a table-top tornado, includes a base, battery cover, base cover, bottle holder, motor with water-resistant-ring, propeller, terminal caps, screws, foam ball pack, and instructions.

The completed project works well and is extremely entertaining. However, once the admittedly initial amazement subsides, there is little to keep children engaged in this activity. With that having been said, the kit does offer an interesting and "flashy" way to get children interested in not only the science behind tornadoes, but in experiments in general.
