Exfoliates built-up dead skin cells to reveal the fresher, smoother, younger-looking skin beneath. Its hydrating formula helps preserve skin's moisture balance as it brightens a dull, uneven complexion. Research-proven glycolic acid is joined with antioxidants and a complex of smoothing plant extracts to noticeably reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while leaving skin looking firmer and radiant.
How to Use ItApply once or twice daily after cleansing and toning. Apply a dime-sized amount over the entire face, avoiding direct contact with eyes and lips. Do not rinse. Finally an exfoliant I can use!I've tried every PC exfoliant to date, and they all caused irritation to my dry and breakout prone skin. Not this gem!!! Best new product ever!I am 60 years old (61 next month) and have always struggled with oily combination skin- the BHA products have kept my skin clear and I'm able to use them even when winter dries my skin a bit. I've always been an active outdoors person so I have a bit of sun damage especially above the eyes where my sunglasses don't cover and the top of my forehead - I have used prescription Viamin A creams that didn't do as good a job as the AHA products and without irritation. I can't say enough good things! My skin is pretty tolerant so I use the 8% twice a day with no problems ! I would definitely recommend all of Paula's products!By JudyMarlene
Great for sensitive dry skin
I tried all of the versions of Paula's Choice BHA exfoliants and pretty much gave up on the idea that exfoliants would work for my sensitive skin without drying it out terribly. I then saw the 8% AHA exfoliant in the gel version and gave it a try -- this did not dry out my skin as badly as the BHA exfoliants had. Add in the moisturizing lotion properties of this new 8% AHA version, and it's an effective exfoliant for reactive, dry skin that does not cause dryness.By CJS
Gentle and Effective
I rotate this AHA lotion with the BHA (Resist liquid) using several nights/week. Love the way my skin is so soft and hydrated the next day! Glycolics have a tendency to sting when I apply, but this product is very gentle. It's still very effective too!By RhondaM
Great New ProductThe 8% gel is too drying for me to use more than a couple of times a week. This new lotion formula exfoliates as well as the gel without drying out my skin. This product looks to be a home run for Paula.By RickaG
