Alternatively, a single AA battery (available separately) can power the Mic-D1 for up to 100 hours when using the mic with devices that don't supply phantom power—mirrorless cameras, DSLRs, and passive mixer adapters. XLR Output and Multiple CablesThe balanced 3-pin XLR output features gold-plated contacts to improve conductivity and maintain the integrity of your signal. Use the included XLR cable to connect the Mic-D1 to a preamp that can supply 48V phantom power or opt for the supplied XLR to 3.5mm cable to plug the Mic-D1 directly into a camera or portable audio recorder that doesn't provide phantom power. Ideal for Boompole MountingLightweight and just over 11" long, the Mic-D1 is well suited for use on a boompole or mic stand.
