1.Essential oils are divided into water soluble and oily. Oily essential oils can be corrosive to humidifiers and bad for health.Forbid fragrance and perfume.All essential oils in our shop are water soluble.If you use other essential oils and cause corrosion of the product . please bear your own responsibility.
2 .Please take out the humidified cotton swab and soak it for 1 minute, then put it back in the filter plastic tube to spay (note: don't lose the spring inside)No wet cotton swabs completely or no water on the machine will cause the machine to make noise and burn out.
