ชาเขียวอัสสัมที่ปลูกบนภูเขาสูง ผ่านกระบวนการผลิตชาจากไต้หวัน ชาเขียวไม่ได้ผ่านการหมักจึงให้มีความเข้มเฝื่อนกว่าชาดำและคงสีเขียวของชา มีกลิ่นหอมตามแบบฉบับชาพรีเมี่ยมโดยไม่มีการปรุงแต่งสีและกลิ่น ใช้สำหรับทำชาผลไม้ ทำง่ายๆเพียงแช่ชาในน้ำร้อน 15 นาที แล้วกรองใบชาออก ไม่ต้องพักชา หรือสกัดชาด้วยเครื่องเอสเพรสโซ่ ก่อนนำน้ำชาไปใส่ลองบีชไซรัปหรือเพียวเร่เพื่อทำชาผลไม้ต่างๆ

The tea from high land with Taiwanese tea production process for distinctive aroma and intense taste. The green tea is not fermented and thus has a stronger taste and remains its original green colour. It is perfect for fruit tea. Simply sleep the tea in hot water for 15 mins and remove the tea leaves. The tea can also be brewed from the espresso machine. Then, other ingredients such as LongBeach Syrup and/or LongBeach Puree can be mixed with the tea for fruit tea menus.
